Planning

Gardner-Webb University partnered with Little to develop a forward-looking Campus Master Plan that captures the university’s vision for the next decade of anticipated growth.
Designed to serve both internal stakeholders and external supporters, the plan establishes a framework for new and renovated facilities while visually communicating the university’s evolving identity. By aligning closely with the university’s Comprehensive Campaign Case Statement, Little ensured the master plan not only supported long-term strategic goals but also functioned as a tool for donor engagement and campaign storytelling. As part of the effort, Little also delivered a feasibility study design for a new two-wing undergraduate residence hall and identified potential sites for future graduate housing.
