A passionate advocate for “doing the right thing” to preserve our planet, Vickie filters her daily responsibilities through that lens to ensure each decision she makes and every action the team takes supports this goal. She believes that viewing sustainability in its simplest form will cultivate collaboration and spark breakthrough thinking, resulting in superior results and creating a better future all living things. With over 26 years of experience, Vickie is actively involved with advancing Little's philosophy towards a regenerative future as a core member of the firm's Regen CoLab.
