Her work spans workplace, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, food & beverage, higher education, and K–12, enabling her to merge typologies and craft spaces that are both unexpected and deeply attuned to her clients’ needs.

Though corporate and workplace environments are her specialty, it’s the breadth of her portfolio that fuels her creativity. Sydney thrives in the early phases of design, where visioning and space planning set the stage for possibility.

A natural collaborator and devoted mentor, she is passionate about guiding emerging designers as they develop their own creative voices. She believes the most compelling spaces emerge from genuine partnership within project teams, across generations of designers, and with the clients they serve.
