Richard has more than 25 years of architecture, building construction and project management experience, with the last 20 years focused on branch banking.

He is knowledgeable in all aspects of project management, from programming and design to construction documents and contract management. Richard is deeply involved with prototype development and program management rollout, mergers, conversions, divestiture, safe deposit moves and ADA compliance reviews, and keeps the goal of elevating the performance of his clients at the top of his priority list.
