Technology leader bridging process, language, and collaboration

Nick brings nearly two decades of AEC industry experience to his role as IT Manager, where he focuses on building processes that are both effective and efficient. He's especially skilled at learning the "language" of the teams he supports, taking the time to understand not just what each discipline needs, but how to translate those needs across departments so everyone stays aligned.

That mindset stems from an unexpected source. A veteran stunt coordinator once told Nick that the key to working across departments on a film set is learning each team's language. When a costume designer asks, "What's the shot?" they're not asking about the stunt itself. They're asking how it will affect their work, such as whether a safety harness needs to fit beneath a costume designed to tear away on cue. Nick applies that same philosophy to IT, bridging communication between disciplines so teams can collaborate seamlessly, regardless of their area of expertise.
