Mark serves as Office President of Little’s Newport Beach office, where he guides the strategic direction of practice groups and inspires a transdisciplinary team to deliver design solutions with purpose and impact. He brings a leadership style rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

With more than three decades of experience spanning industries—from mixed-use development and global retail to higher education and corporate workplaces—Mark has built lasting client relationships by focusing on what drives success for all stakeholders. His satisfaction comes not only from great design, but from seeing people, organizations, and communities thrive.

Mark joins Little during an important leadership transition in Newport Beach, working alongside current Office President Doug Robidoux through the end of 2025. Following Doug’s retirement on December 31, Mark will continue building on his legacy while charting a bold path forward for the office and its clients.
