John has more than 22 years of architectural experience focusing on retail projects, with an emphasis on national prototype rollout programs and restaurant facilities. He collaborates with colleagues and clients to develop and respond to program needs for restaurants, new retail stores, renovations and takeovers.

John works closely with Little’s design team to ensure the client and their vision is fully integrated within every project phase and to assure the quality of construction is seamlessly executed. He is proficient with fast-paced design and construction schedules, prototypical design challenges and leasing negotiations. John also has extensive knowledge of the permitting process, current building, accessibility and zoning codes.
