A Partner and Retail Studio Principal at Little and 30 year veteran of retail design, Henry leads a team of experts whose design solutions deliver the best shopping environments and most efficient store operations for our clients. Most recently, he has managed adaptive reuse or rebranding projects for more than a dozen national and regional grocers and retail rollout clients, all of which require a thorough understanding of store operations, consumer behavior and shopping trends.

Henry created the “Zero+1” philosophy, through which he and his team offer additional solutions beyond the imagination. This approach guides architects’ and engineers’ efforts to deliver results beyond the client’s goal for schedule, budget and quality.
