Fusing design, culture, and technology to create authentic brand experiences worldwide

David is a multidisciplinary creative professional whose work spans architecture, art, education, authorship, and brand experience design. With a career dedicated to shaping meaningful and empathetic brand environments worldwide, he was inducted into the Retail Design Institute's Legion of Honor in 2024 for his exceptional contributions to retail experience design. Formerly VP of Global Design Strategies at Marriott International, David led the reimagining of guest room and lobby concepts for Westin, Aloft, Element, and Residence Inn, as well as the design strategy development for Moxy and other premium brands.

In 2020, David founded NXTLVL Experience Design, a consultancy focused on brand engagement through the lens of social anthropology, neuroscience, and digital technology. A sought-after international speaker, he explores customer experience, emerging technology, and design innovation. David has taught at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and Drexel University and serves on multiple industry boards. As an author and host of the NXTLVL Experience Design podcast, he continues to shape the dialogue on the intersection of branding, brain science, and digital transformation.
