In her role as an office operations manager, Crystal strives to find creative and efficient ways to successfully tend to the needs of clients, projects, and design/construction administration teams.

She has become very familiar with contract preparation and construction administration during her 17 years at Little, exhibiting her quirky sense of humor to teammates and building familial relationships with them along the way.
