In this episode of If Buildings Could Talk, we explore Ally Charlotte Center, Charlotte’s newest, bustling mixed-use development that bridges Uptown with South End. Elizabeth McMillian and Amy Bezanson with Crescent Communities, the Developer of the project, join us to talk about the overall vision and how they worked with Little’s Workplace Practice Leader, Eddie Portis, to bring it to life. We also hear from Joan Burrell, Executive Director of Corporate Workplace at Ally Financial, on how Ally became the anchor tenant of this transformative development.

Beginning her communications career in television broadcasting, Kelly ditched the idea of fame and fortune – but remains convinced that fortune will come from her occasional purchase of a lottery ticket. A member of Little’s marketing team and mom of three tykes, Kelly is known to put on a toe tapping, finger snapping clogging performance when the empty soda cans wedged on her feet fit just right.
