Concentra wanted help transforming its brand and developing a new prototype clinic that could offer both urgent care and occupational health services simultaneously.
This new prototype design creates a healthcare environment that incorporates experiential and programmatic elements throughout the patient journey, much like a retail environment. The new prototype design is orchestrated from the patient’s perspective, with every element working to create a warm, welcoming, and caring experience throughout the entire visit.
