Serving as a place for more local care, this health campus provides patients with the same comfort and healing environment as the main South Lake Hospital.
Intended to provide access to top quality of care closer to the patients’ homes, this health campus includes an emergency department and an outpatient diagnostic platform as well as an attached medical office building.
Our team took design cues from the main hospital for a seamless transfer should patients need more advanced care.
The vision brought to life is a building full of light, providing a connection to the outdoors and offering gardens that allow both staff and visitors a place of respite. The interior utilizes biophilic design strategies to create signature moments in the patient experience while providing comfort to anxious patients.
