Located at the base of a major bank headquarters tower, Founders Hall is a popular retail and civic space for Uptown Charlotte.
With the undertaking of the College Street development project, which connects to Founders Hall via two over-street bridges, it was determined that a major renovation to this grand facility was in order. This multi-phased, LEED Gold certified project consists of core and shell renovations to the retail environment, restaurant design and the reconfiguration and upgrade of a theater lobby. The renovation of Founders Hall has complemented the growing restaurant and nightlife activity in the area – and brought to life the vision of this entertainment corridor.
