Located in a renovated warehouse in the heart of Durham’s American Tobacco District, This state-of-the-art wellness center recognizes and celebrates the historic nature of the building.

The design of the American Tobacco YMCA is a direct result of its surroundings. It seamlessly blends existing exposed brick and concrete with new elements created from wood, glass and metal. The facility serves the occupants of the American Tobacco Campus as well as the surrounding community.
