CI Group’s Orlando showroom transforms a high-visibility corner in the city’s urban core into a dynamic blend of workplace, product showcase, and community hub.
Designed to celebrate culture and innovation, the space invites visitors into a welcoming café-style lounge that gradually transitions into collaborative work zones. These areas are defined by transparent partitions, rich textures, and architectural features such as a sculptural curved glass wall. The showroom stands as a living example of how thoughtful design can drive engagement, attract talent, and build community by creating a place where people can work, connect, host, and find inspiration.

PROJECT GOALS
CI Group set out to create a vibrant, people-centered environment that would attract top talent and reflect the company’s evolving culture.
Their vision called for a flexible space that could host clients and community events while also showcasing products and services with clarity and style. By choosing a highly visible location in downtown Orlando, they aimed to strengthen their presence and deepen their connection to the local design community.

Design Objectives
- Create an intuitive flow between public and private zones
- Emphasize transparency without sacrificing function
- Balance industrial elements with comfort and acoustics
- Deliver a brand-forward experience with architectural nuance
- Allow flexibility for community and educational events

Solutions
To bring the vision to life, the design team focused on layering experiences throughout the space. A welcoming lounge and café at the entry create a natural transition into more private work areas, supporting both casual interaction and focused productivity. Glass partitions provide visual connection while maintaining privacy, and a mix of industrial finishes and rich materials reinforces the brand’s character. The layout supports day-to-day operations while remaining flexible for hosting events, community gatherings, and educational programs.
IMMERSIVE SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE
A dynamic environment that blends style, function, and flexibility
The showroom combines rich jewel tones, layered textures, and industrial finishes to create a visually compelling experience that reflects the CI Group brand. Demountable glass partitions add transparency and flexibility, allowing the space to adapt for product displays, events, or collaborative work. A sculptural curved glass installation anchors the design with a bold architectural statement, reinforcing the company’s innovative spirit.

COMMUNITY-DRIVEN DESIGN
A space for connection, education, and industry impact
CI Group’s new space is both a workplace and a hub for community engagement. By hosting open panels, networking events, and student programs, the company is fostering dialogue and mentorship across the design community. Partnerships with organizations like Pace Center for Girls and Seminole State College bring real-world opportunities to emerging professionals while supporting broader social impact.

ENGAGED STREET PRESENCE
A storefront that welcomes and inspires from every angle
Positioned at the bustling intersection of Orange Ave. and Church St., the showroom invites passersby into its transparent, activity-filled interior. The strategic use of glass and lighting highlights the company’s offerings while maintaining a sense of openness. This design approach creates a visual connection between the brand and the community, making CI Group’s presence an integral part of the downtown experience.

“Working with Little is always an incredibly rewarding experience. Our long-standing relationship, over a decade strong, meant that I had complete trust in their guidance when it came to design our new showroom. They helped me see things from new perspectives, made thoughtful recommendations, and always prioritized what was best for me and my project.”
