Before joining Little, she led design teams at Gehry Partners, where her career thrived under the mentorship of Frank Gehry, shaping her into a forward-thinking design leader. Talin's expertise spans all phases of architecture, from initial concept to execution, and she has a track record of successfully leading prestigious projects over the past decade.

As a Design Principal, Talin leads various project types, working collaboratively with clients to understand their goals, tackle challenges, and create innovative solutions. Her commitment to professional growth drives her relentless pursuit of excellence, while her background as a successful tennis athlete has instilled a robust work ethic, discipline, and determination.
