Rich is a Design Leader on Little’s brand experience team who is responsible for transitioning a brand’s vision and strategy into a retail environment, which includes the development of exterior architecture, the interior, visual merchandising, and fixture design.

Rich has come to realize over his 15-year career that his favorite part of the design process is seeing ideas sprout from the most unlikely of places.
