Jerry’s role as Studio Principal is based on the cumulative experience in client-centric delivery and commitment in facilitating the needs of a myriad of constituencies to bring projects to successful conclusions with skillful organization and efficiency in higher education, schools, and civic typologies.

He is recognized for his leadership in building people and teams to reach their highest potential and purpose. Prior to this role, Jerry served as a practicing architect of his own firm and the Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction Leader in the University of North Carolina and North Carolina Community College Systems where he had influence and oversight in the procurement and strategic development of multibillion-dollar capital improvement programs through diverse construction delivery systems.
