Jay is a hands-on leader with over 35 years of experience working on numerous educational, institutional and civic projects. An adept and strategic problem solver, Jay successfully works with diverse community groups to develop great design solutions that are delivered through effective communication and coordination.

Jay is a specialist in designing education facilities in the state of California and deals daily with the Division of State Architect (DSA), California Department of Education (CDE), Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and local jurisdictions in order to obtain project approvals. He also has vast knowledge of state laws, Title 24 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
