Design leader uniting cross-sector expertise to create innovative, impactful interiors
Ike brings over two decades of experience as an interior architect, blending a passion for the human experience of space with a diverse portfolio that spans residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, and workplace design. He began his career at a small residential firm, designing large homes and select restaurants before joining CannonDesign, where he spent 14 years balancing large-scale healthcare projects, higher education, K–12, and workplace initiatives.
Ike’s love for interiors was shaped by the wave of renovation work in Buffalo, where he discovered his true passion lay in shaping building interiors that directly impact how people live, work, and connect. In 2019, he joined Perkins&Will to focus on the fast-paced world of workplace design—where the quick turnaround and immediate results allowed him to see his ideas come to life in months rather than years.
As a Design Principal at Little, Ike brings together his broad and varied expertise to demonstrate how a holistic, transdisciplinary approach can unlock new levels of innovation. By integrating lessons from every sector he has touched, he creates spaces that are not only beautiful and functional, but also deeply attuned to the needs of their users.

Words of Inspiration
“I believe true growth—as designers, trusted advisors, and individuals—comes from leaning into the things that make us uncomfortable, embracing the healthy stress that drives neuroplasticity, listening more than we speak, and having the courage to speak up when it truly matters.”
