With almost two decades of commercial interior design experience in the DC metro area, Courtney is renowned for her ability to cultivate client relationships and consistently exceed expectations with her innovative solutions. Her approach to projects is holistic, transcending conventional design to craft workplaces that seamlessly marry functionality with aesthetics. Courtney's impressive portfolio includes leadership roles in projects such as the George Washington University flagship campus bookstore and various law firms, as well as notable contributions to esteemed projects like Capitol Crossing, a 2.2 million square foot mixed-use development at the intersection of DC's Capitol Hill and East End neighborhoods.

Driven by an unwavering passion for design, Courtney has curated captivating art installations for diverse settings, ranging from exclusive private collections to public spaces like the Hyatt Place hotel in Arlington, VA. A dedicated advocate for the arts, she has demonstrated her commitment by serving as past chairman of the Arlington Public Art Committee, actively supporting the Arlington Commission for the Arts.
