Anh has dedicated her career career to the intersections between culture, built environment, and strategic results across many different project typologies, from retail prototypes to university campuses to corporate headquarters.

She leads visioning, change management, ethnography, research and analysis to aid Little’s design teams, project stakeholders, and end-user groups in understanding organizational culture, patterns of behavior, and how their spaces can better reflect unique mission and purpose. She is focused on how Little's designers, architects, and engineers measurably provide results beyond architecture across its national footprint.
