Designing with purpose. Leading with trust. Delivering meaningful impact.
With over two decades of experience, Lindsey leads high-performing teams aligning architecture, sustainability, and policy to shape resilient environments with lasting value for clients and communities. As Studio Principal, she sets strategic direction and champions an integrated approach to design, bringing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders together around clear, actionable goals that turn complex challenges into measurable impact.
Lindsey currently serves as the 2026 President of AIA Orlando. A recognized leader in resilience, she founded and chaired the AIA Florida Resilience Committee, helping shape a proposed update to the Florida Building Code focused on resiliency. Her influence extends beyond projects to policy, advocacy, and professional development, earning her recognition as an AIA Florida Citizen Architect and an Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has embedded sustainable design thinking into every role, advancing innovation and mentoring emerging leaders through her philosophy of “lattice leadership.” She carries that commitment into her community and family life, including securing a grant to create a garden-to-table program at her children’s school that supplied over one-third of the school’s seasonal fresh vegetables.
