A collaborate voice shaping higher education spaces
Artemiy is a Senior Associate and Project Manager in Little’s Charleston office with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects. With a focus on higher education, Artemiy works closely with clients and design teams to create environments that strengthen community, enhance the student experience, and respond thoughtfully to each institution’s unique needs.
His experience includes significant projects for the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston, where he has helped guide multidisciplinary teams through programming, design, documentation, and construction. Artemiy approaches each project with curiosity and collaboration, believing that the best solutions emerge from asking the right questions, listening carefully, and bringing different perspectives to the table. That approach has helped establish him as a rising voice in Charleston's design community, earning him a spot in SC Biz News' 2026 class of Emerging Leaders Under 40.
Outside the office, Artemiy enjoys woodworking, watercolor painting while traveling, baking bread, improv, and keeping his 1978 Volkswagen Bus on the road.
